Title: Hot Pepper Vinegar #2

4 Hot
4cApple cider vinegar
  Chili peppers

Wearing rubber gloves, wash peppers and make 2 to 3 small slits in each. Place in sterilized quart jar. Pour vinegar over peppers. Cover tightly. Let stand 3 weeks before using. Remove peppers. Keep in refrigerator for up to 1 year. Yield: 1 quart For a hotter vinegar, split one of the peppers in half.
